Really depends how much you want to spend. Downtown you have the Boulderado and the St Julien but they are pricey. There is the Holiday Inn Express on N Broadway about 3 miles from the start of the TT.
Brew Pubs? Mountain Sun and Walnut Brewery are two that are downtown.

Take your Haystack race number to Rueben's Burger Bistro for a free pint....they have 42 beers on tap, not to mention the delicious burgers. And one must also pedal down to the Avery Tap Room on Arapahoe for the big beers, a must if you come to Boulder!
