Black Hawk and Central City

To me Central City and Black Hawk are pretty much the same town. How lame! They say you start in Central City but you have to take a shuttle bus through black hawk.

So, I guess you ride for less than a mile hop on a shuttle, get off the shuttle and continue to ride.

I think the Bicycle Tour of Colorado should have known better. Why give the cyclists business to Black Hawk?
