2011 24 Hours Of Leadville Mountain Bike Race

They’re for only the toughest athletes looking to challenge themselves — and impress the world. Set 13,000 feet up in the treacherous Colorado Rocky terrain, the strong may survive, but only a few will leave with their pride.

RACE DESCRIPTION
Get a taste of the dirt, grim and grit that makes up the Leadville Trail 100. Held on a 17.6-mile track from Colorado Mountain College to Black Cloud Mine, the solo racer or team who compiles the most miles in a 24-hour period wins the their division and invaluable bragging rights. Solo riders can also get a chance to ride for the coveted silver or gold Leadville belt buckle. Giddy up.
