The Colorado Cross Classic (CCC) will be held in Boulder, Colorado on Saturday, October 30th at the Boulder Reservoir – a popular and challenging race course! Read interview with Race Director Tim Shea
The CCC kicks off the biggest cross weekend in the cycling mecca of Boulder. This weekend always brings the big guns to town which sets up a competitive showdown between the national pros and the local pros – always fun to watch! Get in early on what will surely become a Colorado classic – an intense race in the shadows of the Rockies.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
3.5K (2.1 miles) long. The Start/Finish area is pavement and 100 meters long. The course will have a double pit. 10% Sand, 10% Pavement, 80% Grass. Course Map (PDF).
RACER-ONLY TENT: This is the place to find a complimentary pre-race drink or snack, or just relax and recover after your race.
WARM-UP ZONE: Boulder-based FasCat Coaching is setting up a complimentary warm-up zone, complete with wind trainers.
NUMBER PICKUP: Friday October 30, 5pm-9pm at Pedal to Properties, 1949 Pearl St. Downtown Boulder.
NEUTRAL SUPPORT: The men and women of Mavic will be manning the pit, providing neutral support to all who need it.
FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT: Bike racing is just part of this festive Halloween-weekend event. Children will delight at the Kids Zone complete with Jumpy Castle. And adults can browse the event expo, sample cuisine from numerous local vendors, and enjoy an Oskar Blues beer in the Beer Garden while watching all the reservoir racing action.

Fleet Feet Cross Country Fun Run
WHAT: Fleet Feet Cross Country Fun Run, a mass-start charity event. ENTRY FEE ONLY $8. WHERE: Boulder Reservoir, Boulder, Colorado WHEN: Saturday, Oct. 30, 2:15 p.m.
WHY: All proceeds benefit the Boulder County Volunteer Fire Department. WHO: Anyone who likes to have a good time. Halloween costumes encouraged. REGISTER: Click HERE and scroll down to Running Race.
COURSE: One lap of a zigzagging, up-and-down 3.3km cyclocross circuit that includes pavement, dirt, gravel, grass, small barriers and sand.
