Koppenberg post and pre race chatter

The course conditions started chatter here. Before the snow started falling word had it that the course was VERY loose and flats were more likely than years past. Here is the current forecast

SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT...MOSTLY CLOUDY. A 20 PERCENT CHANCE OF
SNOW. HIGHS IN THE LOWER 50S. LOWS IN THE UPPER 20S.
.MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT...MOSTLY CLOUDY. A 20 PERCENT CHANCE OF
RAIN AND SNOW. WINDY. HIGHS IN THE UPPER 40S. LOWS IN THE UPPER 20S.

Last year's race (or year before) was postponed due to weather. This is you first and probably last race in 09 to get some good gravel road racing since Boulder Roubaix has been canceled.

This is also the first race in the Tour of Colorado

Its looking like the race may be postponed. They are saying the snow is not suppose to stop until mid day on Friday and the high on Saturday is 45 (not a lot of melting). If we do get 12 to 15 inches the course is gonna be a disaster. If the race is on i might dust off the CX bike.
